I am a commercially focused Change Manager and Business Coach with over 18 years of experience in strategic HR roles in professional services, heavy industries, engineering, and construction, working in markets including the United Kingdom, Asia, West Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
I hold a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations and Culture, and I am a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Change Manager.
As the Principal of Savan Consulting, I am passionate about improving the performance and profitability of a business, by harnessing a people-first approach by aligning activity with strategy.
I am an experienced people leader, motivator and collaborator. In my professional career, I have developed high-performing teams with a driving passion for empowering Executive Management and Individuals.
With a recent relocation, I am now nestled in the New England region, raising my young family. I am an amateur podcaster, foodie, and dog lover who enjoys the outdoors and is passionate about assisting organisations in their success.
